Private terminals in Asia
Asia's private terminals are few but serious: Changi's JetQuay, a CIP terminal of long standing, and the Fattal Terminal at Tel Aviv, Israel's first. Both are buildings of their own, with a car to the aircraft.
There are fewer of these in Asia than the region's airports might suggest, which makes the genuine ones stand out. Singapore's JetQuay has run a proper private terminal at Changi for years (now from an interim home while it rebuilds), and Tel Aviv's Fattal Terminal brought the idea to Israel in 2019. Two entries, both the real thing.
We're watching several more across the region; they join the index only once a private entrance, private formalities and a tarmac transfer are all confirmed.

Amsterdam's VIP Centre raised its rate: €615 for the first guest, €380 for each additional, up from €585 and €360.
London City's First Class Lounge, run through the Private Jet Centre, has quietly closed; the airport says it has no lounge at all until a new one opens in 2027.
Munich's VipWing has been checked against the operator's own floor plan: it has a separate street entrance, its own security and passport control, and a car to the aircraft, so it's staying on the list as a strong candidate. Its listed price is now €630 for the first guest and €330 for each additional guest.
