Private terminals in the Americas
The Americas is where the modern private terminal was invented, at PS in LAX. It now spans four PS locations across the US, Latin America's first at São Paulo, and a string of surprisingly cheap Caribbean suites.
PS at Los Angeles started the contemporary version of this in 2017, and the model has spread: Atlanta, Dallas and Miami have followed, São Paulo opened Latin America's first, and Signature runs genuine private suites across the Caribbean for a fraction of the US prices. One region, two very different ends of the market.
The US terminals are the priciest in the world; the Caribbean ones among the cheapest. Same continent, same essentials, fifty times the spread.

Amsterdam's VIP Centre raised its rate: €615 for the first guest, €380 for each additional, up from €585 and €360.
London City's First Class Lounge, run through the Private Jet Centre, has quietly closed; the airport says it has no lounge at all until a new one opens in 2027.
Munich's VipWing has been checked against the operator's own floor plan: it has a separate street entrance, its own security and passport control, and a car to the aircraft, so it's staying on the list as a strong candidate. Its listed price is now €630 for the first guest and €330 for each additional guest.
